Having held senior Manager position with other Direct Sales companies it the UK, Clive began searching for the perfect chance to be 'his own boss' with the support of a company, which had a genuine long term opportunity.
"I joined Oriflame in October 2008. It was free to join - I didn't want to take a risk as I had no money to invest! Starting with no customers and no team, I had no knowledge about skincare cosmetics: just a passion to be successful in what I was doing. Focusing on ‘door to door’ selling, with the support of Oriflame Customer Care, head Office and a bag full of samples, within three months I had over 200 customers - and had started to grow a team of Consultants local to where my partner and I live.
In the early days Michelle supported and helped me to grow my business, but she was so impressed with the quality of the products she quickly realised what a fantastic opportunity Oriflame offered. Michelle decided to join and build her own business and team too.
What started out as a small team has now grown to over 650 Consultants and 35 Managers nationwide - and I ensure I provide the same customer service to all those customers I introduced to Oriflame in my first three months in the business. Over the next few months we expect our total team sales to exceed £60,000 per Catalogue and we hope to continue to grow at a steady pace - doubling over the next 12 to 18 months.
We have a great team of Managers and Consultants. The greatest pleasure we get on a day-to-day basis is meeting with these people, helping, training and supporting them so that they also achieve their goals and dreams.
In just over three years we have gained many friends through Oriflame, not just within our team, but also with our customers who we are very grateful for - without them we would not be where we are today!
