Not 'exactly what it says on the tin' but good enough!

Starts off nice and thick but the more applied the less thick it is, meaning it needs touched up before setting. May need to be applied more than once before finishing touch. Still good though. Better than most liquid eyeliners due to its nice sturdy tip =]
